Comfortable and relaxing

Liked: It was clean, great staff and location
Disliked: The pillows are very small but they were still comfortable

Baymont hotel in Muskegon

Liked: Decent and clean room. Friendly staff. Good location.
Disliked: No elevator. My elderly mother had to use stairs which was difficult for her. The atm machine wasn't working which definitely was disappointing as we needed cash to tip the folks that clean. The pillows are very uncomfortable.

Liked: Pool but the hotbtub was nasty dirty.
Disliked: The room above we was either under construction till 4:30 am or the people up there were very disrespectful. Banging on the floor, slamming the door all night. Called to complain, did no good. Then the morning person set off the fire alarm. Had to change hotels. Would like a refund. I have stayed at that hotel over 50 times. Never had these issues.
