Overall very good motel. Have stayed there before and will stay again. Rooms are very clean and staff was great.

Disliked: Ice machine not working upstairs; breakfast could be better with eggs and sausages.

Liked: Easy to get to, near hwy.Comfortable bed.Fridge was nice and cold when we arrived, and small freezer was cold enough to refreeze our ice bottles for our cooler.
Disliked: Four big issues:#1. The lobby doors were heavy and no automatic open button to open and hold open while guiding a luggage cart thru them.The lobby door handrail closed on my hip bone, while trying to get luggage rack thru both sets of doors, which was painful especially since I had just had that hip joint replaced a few months ago!! #2. The heating /AC unit was hard to regulate. The fan blows too hard, even set on low. Room temperature would move from one extreme to the other. Finally we just turned unit off till we left in morning.#3. The bathroom sink counter area was very small. Wish there were some shelves on the wall near sink for our bathroom toiletries, ... makeup, deoderants, his shaving kit, and lotions. #4. The nightly room pricing is enlarged for Thur, Fri and Sat evenings... and it's based on the entertainment event center next door getting a portion of the room's rate!! We did not come there to attend the entertainment center at all. We were traveling and stopped half way to our vacation destination, and only staying one overnight, and then continue in the morning.Yet, we were charged an additional $80 for the same room that we'd stayed in just the previous night, when we had vehicle trouble and had to return right back home, and stopped there & stayed again on our way back home. Not knowing of the rate increase from the entertainment center, and I was really caught off guard upon checking out the next morning, when the bill that was almost doubled the price I paid for the same room just the night before.

Great location, but improvements to...

Liked: The rooms were clean and not too terribly dated. The location to the Renfrow Valley venue was such that we could walk versus driving. The hotel is perfectly located.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. The apple juice in the bulk dispenser had already turned to vinegar; bagels/bread products were stale; There was 1 sausage and 1 egg with a sign to put them in the microwave to heat up for 30 seconds. The biscuit and gravy were okay. I notified the front desk about the apple juice for health reasons to others. Unless it happened later, nothing was done to fix that issue while we were there. The coffee was delicious!

Clean, comfortable but needs more...

Liked: Everything was clean.
Disliked: The biggest downside was there was little to NO food on Saturday morning at 9 AM. The breakfast stays open later then that and others came in after we were there. There were 2 cold biscuits, no gravy, no eggs, and no sausage. Another lady asked them to bring more food and they did but the sausage was still cold (in a crockpot) and not stirred so needed more attention. They brought out a few more things. The eggs, biscuits, and sausage all come out cold and there is a note to microwave them for 30 seconds. Not all that good when you have to do that.

Never Again!

Liked: It was close to the Renfro Valley music venue.
Disliked: We had to change rooms at 1:00am because of a loud party in the room beside ours. None of the vending machines worked. The continental breakfast was horrible. I'm normally not a complainer, but this was the worst experience I've ever had in a motel.
