Liked: The lights were on
Disliked: The assigned room was filthy and smelled of stale smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Someone had opened the door and drove the door knob thru the wall. After I was advised that this was the only room available and I said we were leaving another room was found. The second room was cleaner but only had one king bed for three people. I stated that we were checking out and stated that our reservation for the following week was to be cancelled. The clerk said she was new and did not know how to cancel a future reservation so she called her supervisor and told me she would take care of it and c all me if there were any problems. Needless to say I did not leave until I had a cancelled reservation in my hand.

Liked: Great location, friendly desk person upon check-in
Disliked: The room stunk like cigarette smoke and was dirty...right down to the cigarette but on the floor! There was other debris on the carpet and a used water bottle in the trash can. NOT GOOD!!

It was terrible!

Liked: Cold AC and fridge. Good tv.
Disliked: The hotel and my room needed a deep clean and a remodel. I only stayed one night. I checked out at 7:05 the next morning. I could not sleep because of noise outside my room in the parking lot and my bed was not comfortable. I itched/scratched the entire night! I think it may have had bed bugs! If not, then I was allergic to the laundry detergent used to clean the sheets and bedding.

Didn't stay very disappointing

Disliked: Room key did not work .carpets were dirty. Hallways were hot ac ŵas not working.
