Very poor

Liked: Close to where I was going
Disliked: Room was nice looked brand new. Got out of the shower and had my hand on the wall drying off. My whole arm went through a sheet of wet drywall. The hole was so big you could see a a water heater and hear leaking . Room was refunded.

Superb

Liked: The room was spacious and clean the atmosphere was very inviting
Disliked: You need to add scrambled and boiled eggs oatmeal and grits

Liked: I don’t like room 106 all u hear at night is people coming inside the building
Disliked: The pool is terrible need to be fixed

Exceptional

Liked: The staff are always wonderful here. Very clean facility. Comfortable beds. We take our pet with us and she loves this place

Liked: After reading some of the recent reviews we nearly canceled, but I'm glad we didn't. The room was clean and spacious. And it is cheap and easy to get to downtown via Uber if you don't feel like driving. Overall it suited us just fine.
Disliked: I agree with the other reviews that overall the place is very run down. The laundry facilities weren't available for some reason, so we had to use the laundromat across the freeway which was expensive and inconvenient.

Disliked: It's okay but can use major updates for the expectations of today's traveler
