Disliked: I’m on a walker they tried to put me on the second floor with no elevator and nd in order for them to fix it we sat in the lobby for what we was told was supposed to be 20 min was over a hour so we didn’t get to swim bc of that and the toilet seat was cheap and wobbly I am handicapped and if that would have broke would have been a law suit! No ash trash on property for buts so they was laying everywhere ac didn’t work very well

Liked: Property look nice. The staff did not cooperate and help me I booked online. They couldn’t find me were uncooperative when I was trying to use two forms of payment.

Liked: The pool was the only positive thing and it was cold.
Disliked: The door and window was open when we arrived. There were no towels in the room. The room was filthy, hair and toothpaste in the sink. Bug guts smeared on the walls. I was supposed to have queen beds but was told only double beds were available.

Will not be going back
