Very good
Liked: Fitness center with sauna and steam room, pool & jacuzzi. You need to turn on the steam room. It's easy to figure out, just hit "program". I really like to workout and watch local news without ear phones and you can do that here. Restaurants are close and reasonably priced. Breakfast was really good. Waffles, sausage and scrambled eggs, bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, juices, coffee or tea and fresh fruit. Very pleasantly surprised. It was great! Free breakfast can mean almost anything and having it taste good is always a plus. Kids (mine are 20) really liked it.
Disliked: Very close to the railroad and hwy. I was so tired after driving for 7 hrs, I took a jacuzzi and slept, only woke up once. My hubby woke a few times. They offer ear plugs at reception if you want. Bed was firm, so ok for me but hubby likes it softer. That's woke him up not so much the railroad, but you can hear it.

Good stay no major complaints.
Liked: Loved the accommodating staff the pool the breakfast and the room
Disliked: There were a couple of individuals who had ankle monitors on and the room didn't have working fridges.

Disliked: Mattress dirty.Air Conditioning too noisyManager name Stella did not go out of her way and try to help when you have problems with the dryer she said they don't own it ,she can't do anything for you need to solve the problem yourself.I just wonder if you have someone who cannot speak english what can they do.I called laundry service myself spoke to someone on the phone he said will send a cheque to my sister's house but nothing was sent lucky is not a big amount...in my opinion the hotel should take the responsibility if customers have problems with the service not ignored and avoid to help.Staff in housekeeping tried to claim for me the first time she said she didn't do the right thing....I was so disappointed with this manager I can't believe this is the kind of service I get from a Manager...all other staffs are nice and friendly except her.
