Disliked: Front desk person rather unfriendly. I had asked about bringing a pet on the reservation, but that didn’t matter as my dog died before the trip. She still doubted I didn’t have a dog, EVEN AFTER I TOOK HER OUT AND SHOWED HER EVERY INCH INSIDE MY CAR.

Disliked: We had to chnge room due to the 1st one not being clean. Took a very long time to check in due to the computer. Then key card wouldn't work had to walk to office twice about my room keyy.

Liked: you are double billing me. i was charged at the hotel by baymont and they would not remove charge. you also charged me. . i am going to file a complaint with bbb I am going to. stop payment at booking .com baymont would not remove the charge
Disliked: you double charged me. they were also doing dope in the parking lot outside my door and making threats.
