Dirty and Nasty But Great...

Liked: I absolutely loved the way the employees worked together to help fix the problems of several guests
Disliked: The employees are wonderful but they obviously work for an owner that does not care about his employees or the building. My initial room had no heat ( and I wasn't the only one) the suggested putting in a space heater..... Ummmm no! They did move me to another room that was very toasty but it was disgusting and dirty. There was an Indian couple (the owners) sittting in the lobby watching the staff run around like chickens with their heads cut off. This morning breakfast was disgusting. This entire place needs to be fixed from the top down. This place needs new owners that care about it's employees. The employees are doing a phenomenal job. Even with the hiccups, they were responsible and respectful. I talked about the owner so badly and they just kept apologizing for the things that are wrong. They never once spoke a bad word about the owner. They are better than me. I applaud them for continuing to work in such horrid conditions. It couldn't and wouldn't be me. The smiles on their faces were wide and you can tell they love what they do. But, they didn't even have envelopes to put the room keys in. The one I was given had white out over the last room number. Just sad that the owner thinks so little of his employees and his customers. Mr. Patel (your name was on the plaque on the wall), you are a pathetic business owner!

Passable

Liked: Location was good for being not to far from anything, but area wise not so good. But I was staying my myself with my two girls.
Disliked: When I got there their computers had shut down and been that way since 8 that morning. So they couldn?t see my reservation and I couldn?t see if they had already charged me or not. I ended up having to pay cash for my room. When I finally got into my room it had no remote for the tv. No refrigerator or microwave. The toilet paper rolls and holder were on the bathroom floor. The front door wouldn?t stay closed unless you lock it. I could smell weed strongly outside my room. When I folded down the covers the sheets were dirty and had dead bugs.

Wish I could be refunded...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I'm easy to please but this place is run down, and filthy, dirty and nasty, had to change rooms because the door wouldn't shut from having been kicked in at some time. Towels were dirty couldn't even shower, cigarette burns in beding.

Passable

Disliked: That the roo. We was staying in had water dripping from the room above us. They didn't have another room ready for a few hours. Then when we finally got in a room we had to wait on towels a remote and the room didn't even have a garbage can in it or the first room we had. Not a good stay at all.
