The beds were really comfortable.

Liked: the staff was great, as was the location.
Disliked: dirty

Liked: The AC was leaking in the floor and we had to unplug the refrigerator because it was so loud.
Disliked: There were a lot of people sitting outside smoking all day and night and they were extremely loud.

We wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and having a patio door right out of our room was really nice…and convenient with dogs. Staff was nice enough. The guy at the front desk let us check in at 12p without paying their ridiculous early check in fee.
Disliked: No carpet on our floors, which is understandable for dog-friendly rooms, but then maybe don’t make the beds 4 feet tall so small dogs aren’t able to get up on them. There was not a single chair in our room, the furniture was all dirty, light fixtures were broken, no soap in the shower… But there was lotion in the shower?? No cold water in the room. Dead bugs in the hot tub. And the breakfast left a LOT to be desired.

Liked: The woman at the property was very understanding with my children
Disliked: It was not clean. I did not get the room that I requested. They tried to give us a smoking room. That was absolutely disgusting. When I asked for a full refund due to the sale being absolutely horrible he said well you’re going to write a bad review about me so why would I do that and at first I wasn’t going to write a review at all, but when I called back about forgetting something there, they were absolutely horrid and rude and awful. Also, there’s not an elevator so you do have to do multiple flights of steps. Which is not accommodating for the young children that I had.
