Horrible experience would not recommend

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: Everything there was trash piled in the hall ways the whole place smelled like smoke and must. The staff were very rude at the front desk and any request we made were denied with an attitude like if we were bothering them

Basic hotel,

Disliked: One bed in the room was in disrepair and severely needed replaced. Handicapped accessible room was less than accessible. Sent ourbdirty towels to laundry never received fresh towels.

Disappointing

Disliked: I wish before booking they would have mention the pool wasn’t going to be in use it was the whole point of the trip could have booked elsewhere. Beds are so smalll never understood full size mattress in queens room.

Liked: The bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: Had to switch rooms 3 times, first room the heat nor the TV was working, the second room the TV didn't work, the 3rd room didn't have a phone in it.
