Disliked: The breakfast could have been better there was an awful squeak when you turned the shower on.

Liked: The staff were very nice.
Disliked: The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom floor. I discovered at midnight that there were no sheets for the pull out couch and no remote control for the TV. We were in a loft room, the carpet on three of the stairs were loaded with staples that were sticking out. I have photos if you’d like to see them. I tripped & fell on a rug outside the back door that was all askew, another patron fixed it. The ‘breakfast’ was lackluster.

Liked: When the employee at the front desk saw my request for handicap parking, she switched the room I had originally reserved on the second floor to one on the first. As this hotel did not have an elevator, I greatly appreciated the accommodation and consideration.
Disliked: Multi-story hotels always benefit from having an elevator to accommodate the guests as it can be cumbersome and inconvenient to haul luggage up and down the stairs. While adequate, the continental breakfast would have benefitted by having more options available. Also, some items were no longer in stock while there was still an hour of serving time remaining.

A bit shabby but location,...

Liked: The staff was GREAT. We had to find a place to stay because of flooding at our home, and the staff did everything they could to assist, lengthen our reservation when we needed to, and make certain we could use what would have been a closed dining area to work. The location is excellent - easy access to highway to downtown and very close to a variety of stores, shops, and restaurants. There is a pool and exercise room. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The price is significantly better than nearby places.
Disliked: The rooms are somewhat shabby - the cushion on the couch in our first room was torn, the easy chair cushion had collapsed and the desk chair was broken so it could not be used in the second room. The carpets are worn so that they seem rather dirty (although the cleaning staff was vacuuming daily). The pool is a combination indoor-outdoor and is configured in a very odd way so that actual swimming is almost impossible. The hot tub was broken.
