Baymont by Wyndham Mason

The things wrong with this hotel are too numerous to list: Old, dirty, very smoky rooms and hallways, leaking ceiling titles, no AC in business room, clogged toilets, very dirty stairways and I could go on.

Liked: Staff very helpful in spite of the building they had to work with.
Disliked: Smoky non-smoking room; dirty hallways; very old style - needs extensive renovation.

Disappointing

Liked: That it was close to king's island.
Disliked: Needs remodeling and it wasn't clean.

Good location,and friendly people.

Liked: They were very friendly and courteous. Anything you needed they were there to help.
Disliked: I wish they had a little bit more breakfast.

Disliked: There's nothing in the room to tell you about the area. Dining, stuff to do. After we would leave someone would come in the room. Don't know what they did. Breakfast was awful. Would not recommend.

Liked: The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The hotel is very dated, Everything needs updating, air conditioning unit is very loud, made it hard to sleep. We didn’t have a night stand.
