Went downhill fast.

Liked: the property is ok. it’s been under renovation for literally years. it has been my hotel of choice for some time, no pun intended. It is centrally located between all my family in the area.
Disliked: There was no fridge in the room. That’s a dealbreaker for me as I carry meals with me. There are no microwaves in any of the rooms. You can use one in the lobby I suppose. Door lock at eye level was broken. USB ports are behind the TV. None anywhere else. None. The room I was in had already been renovated. Poor job on that too. Front doors didn’t work. You had to push them open. When I asked the staff about the refrigerators, they said some have them and some don’t. It’s advertised to have them and every previous stay had one in each room. It frustrates me that I’m compelled to post this because it used to be a nice place. Next time I’ll bite the bullet and pay to stay at the Hampton Inn.

Liked: The breakfast bar was exceptional, and very well maintained .
Disliked: Our room was very small, and the bathroom was tiny.
