You get what you pay...
Liked: Breakfast was convenient but the area to dine in was small and overcrowded. Price was agreeable
Disliked: One of the beds in our room was broken, we figured out after we had already unloaded all of our things.

Liked: The free breakfast
Disliked: Stains on the bedding. Staff acting like they didn’t speak English. Having to wait more than 20 minutes to get checked in. Stain on the carpet. Hot tub not working and pool feeling and smelling that it hadn’t been clean. Extra beds stored in the pool area

Great but disappointing
Liked: The in room spa was excellent after the pool and hot tub heater were broken. But I had to pay $70 more for that toom.
Disliked: We booked a queen room with the thought that we could use the pool and hot tub. That is why I picked this hotel but the heater was broken. After the first night I asked to be put in a room with a spa and was charged $70 more which was extremely high considering I could get that room on booking .com for $117. They should have given it to us considering the heater was broken.
