Liked: Its in a good location
Disliked: I asked during reservation for a first floor room and was told during check-in that those are for the construction workers. There was no body wash in the shower dispenser. When I asked for it to be filled was told it would be a hour before housekeeping came in and this was at 7:30 am. Most people take showers in the early morning hours. There was no orange, apple juice or regular coffee for their breakfast.

Disappointing

Disliked: The shower was inferior.Also, nothing in the breakfast area worked.

Liked: Breakfast was not good. not much to offer. Then the juice machine was out of order.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor

Bad breakfast I havevever seen...

Liked: Rooms were good except for door sticking. and poor water pressure
Disliked: Door sticking and really poor water pressure. Worst breakfast i have ever I have gotten out bed for. I mean juice machine out of order, Nothing but coffee to drink. Nothing but doughnuts, waffles, and cereal to eat. No soda to drink. It was terrible. But rooms were good.

Liked: I really enjoyed the breakfast.
Disliked: The heat was a bit rough a took a little bit to cool down, but considering we were under a heat advisory we took it in stride

Liked: Rooms were very nice. We were stopping for night.
Disliked: Breakfast was not what we had experienced previous stays. No milk, trash overflowing. I did not see an attendant in the 30 minutes I waited. Finally just gave up and left my cereal bowl.

Bedbugs

Disliked: I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would strongly caution anyone considering it. Right before going to bed, I found a bedbug on one of my pillows. I immediately reported it, and while I was refunded, I was also kicked out of the room at 1 a.m., left scrambling to find another hotel in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar town. I was traveling by myself and I am a young petite female. The night receptionist I spoke with was very condescending and unprofessional, showed zero grace for my situation. She couldn't care less to kick me out on the street in the middle of the night. I felt completely unsupported and disrespected. She was rude, argued with me and blamed me for having to wake up her manager in the middle of the night.This was by far one of the most stressful and unsafe hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Poor cleanliness, even worse customer service, and absolutely zero concern for guest safety or comfort.
