Bad

Disliked: We ended up canceling due to the state in which these rooms were kept. Doors would not lock, my cousins room had blood in it, my uncles room had stains all over the bedding and floors. This was absolutely disappointing. I expected more from baymont. That's usually my go to hotel.

Disliked: Pool was not fixed, and having a working pool was why I booked this hotel. Sausage, eggs, potatoes were cold. Breakfast was 7-10am. I was there at 7:05am and hot food was not hot.

Liked: Decent breakfast, quiet, easy access
Disliked: Furniture in the room was torn and stained, gross. Light in bathroom was not working correctly, flickering. Tub was super slippery.

Disliked: Smelled like smoke throughout hotel, room door didn't lock, poor water pressure

Liked: I don't have a negative word to say about the staff. They're wonderful.
Disliked: The pool needs to be cleaned more often. There was a ring around the top & the water looked yellow. The privacy curtain in the room is old. It had cigarette burns on it. Also, one of the blankets on the bed had a burn mark on it. It's not the staff's fault this is the owner of the hotels fault. If you're renovating a room Replace Everything.
