Disliked: I didn’t like how the pool was closed all weekend. As a mom of three kiddos we look to stay where our kids can swim, so when we showed up and found out the pool was going to be closed all weekend was a huge bummer! The receptionist didn’t let us know about the pool either.

Liked: Food was good in restaurant
Disliked: Dirt along walls, dog crap outside side entrance door, cigarette butts all over outside, electric inlet not working, had to call staff to clean heater, vents were packed with dirt in bathroom

Disliked: Hallway carpets were dirty. There was lots of garbage and cigarette butts by the entrance doors. The pool area is outdated and water was not clean looking.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was super easy to access right off of the interstate. We initially chose this location for the kids features in the pool and it definitely didn't disappoint in that regard. We also liked that this hotel had a 3-queen room option. You don't see that very often and it was perfect for our group so that we had enough space but could still be together in one room.
Disliked: There was visible mold in the heating and cooling system in the room as well as on the housekeeping carts used to transport towels and sheets.
