Needs cleaning and better upkeep

Liked: Great location, easy access to highway
Disliked: Dirty for a new hotel. Not clean. Lack of upkeep. Nasty walls. Multiple lights were burnt out in our room. Beds very uncomfortable.

A great place to relax after being busy all day.

Liked: Swimming pool and location, as well as a reasonable price. Bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Walls in rooms were not clean. It looks like there is something sticky on them.Elevator was very slow and seemed to have some issues at times.

This was our second stay at this hotel and it was our last.

Liked: The location is close to our relative.
Disliked: There was no mattress pad on the bed and the fitted sheet kept slipping off the mattress all night. I asked the have it switched out, but the new one was dirty. When I asked at the desk, the person didnt know what I was asking about and brought out a mattress pad. I said that wasnt the problem, but would love to have that as well, but they said it wasnt the right size, they ran out of king sized ones. They did eventually find one that worked. My husband and I had only 2 towels between us. One hand towel and two wash cloths. No bath mat.

Disliked: I had a baby and I asked for a crib.The crib was really dirty that I did not even use it.The breakfast was not great too.
