The worse hotel experience ever.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I’ve been dealing with a billing issue at this hotel for over three months. I was charged three times for a one-night stay and only received one refund. When I called to resolve the issue, the staff was rude, hung up on me, and then ignored all further contact.This isn’t just about the money. I represent a national nonprofit organization, and we are required to maintain accurate financial records for auditing purposes. The hotel's lack of accountability has created an unnecessary burden. This experience was completely unprofessional. I do not recommend staying here.

Liked: Very customer friendly staff. The hotel is very clean, with a jacuzzi and swimming pool.Good location,near downtown.Very good,hot breakfast with sausage, steak fries and eggs.

Not uncomfortable but not very...

Liked: The room was a nice big space. Beds were big and fairly comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty. Lots of visible mold and liquid streaks on the wall that could have easily been wiped down to look more presentable.The shower was filthy. The room itself wasn't terrible aside from the bathroom but it was really dark. None of the lamps created much light at night.

Disliked: Room not as clean as expected, splatter stain on ceiling, some in my party thought it was blood. Peeling paint in bathroom above tub tile. Ants in bathroom
