Do not stay at this motel. Disguisting! No hot water to shower; heating, A/C unit didn't work. Absolutely filthy.

Cancelled reservation immediately after walking...

Liked: Dirty, has a cockroach infestation. Advertised as non smoking but room filled with pungent smoke smell and next door resident had dogs in and out the unit even though property says no pets allowed.
Disliked: Paid for reservation and arrived for check in and was asked for a credit card for incidentals and instead charged my card again for reservation cost. Luckily I got notified by bank immediately and clerk issued a refund then and there. Cancelled reservation when I got to room and bathtub had brown smear stains and cockroaches everywhere

Disliked: They only gave me two pillows and there was two beds I only had 1towel no face towels and the tv barely was working

Disliked: This place was HORRIBLE. The room had a very strong odor of smoke when I opened the door. When I went in, the door to the adjoining room did not have a lock that worked. I opened that door and it went to the room next door I tried to lock it but the deadbolt did not work at all. The lamps on the walls did not have lamp shades. The room was old and obviously not maintained. I walked in looked around and left immediatly. As I was walking out, I realized that all the guts were pulled out of the front doors key card lock and it did not actually lock. I also noticed that there was homeless people living in the parking lot behind the closed down restuarant that shares the parking lot with this motel. The clerk refunded 2 other groups that refused to stay there while I was waiting my turn in line. When I told him I wasn't staying in that room, he didn't even ask questions about it or if I wanted a different room he just said he would give me a refund and did. I assumed from his reaction that this was not the first time this had happened to him. I went to a different hotel and paid 3 times as much. This booking was a big waist of money and a waist of my time. BE AWARE, the photos on the listing are not of this location.

Disliked: We did not stay. We got a refund. The place looked like a drug inhabited place. Our room had lights hanging from the ceiling. The room smelled like smoke and mildew. The carpet was torn and missing at the front door. The lights would not come on. Door to bathroom had holes in it. Very disgusting!!!. As we checked out other people had the same complaints. Needles and syringes were reported in one room. Mattress had blood stains. The outside of the building was dirty, needed update on paint. and repairs.
