Liked: Pillows.
Disliked: No breakfast, no staff.You have to check in in the hotel next door.

Bad

Disliked: The 1st room was dirty had to be moved the 2nd room had no trash can missing a pillow case and 1 towel. Bed spreads had stains on them.

Anniversary Vacation 2025.

Liked: Loved the breakfast. Especially the biscuits and gravy. Very clean . About 30 min From Estes Park.
Disliked: The bed was a little hard for my comfort.

Not what I expected.

Disliked: No breakfast.

Disliked: Room had heavy smoke/tobacco aroma. Only 1 towel provide for 2 adults staying. No refrigerator and online website said continental breakfast provided. They haven't had any service for over 9 months.

Run for the hills

Liked: Not much....not as advertised at all
Disliked: The place was kind of a dump.....cops there twice, abandoned cars in the parking lot and pretty sure they were dealing drugs in the room next to us. Full blown Fiesta went on Friday night. Also advertising breakfast on their reader board, but has a sign in the elevator that they stopped this 9 months ago

Disliked: Not sure where to begin…Your hotel is a sh*t hole!!$233 a night is a total rip off!!!The rooms are just disgusting. The plugs are so loose, you can’t connect anything. We had to move the chest and unplug the TV to be able to charge our phones.The mirror was missing like it had just been ripped off the wall.The window screen was broken. The curtain was worn off and full of holes… I won’t talk about the carpet… No trash can in one the room.No coffee machine, not even a kettle. There was a disgusting microwave that had not been cleaned in ages.As for the not very clean bathroom… No exhaust fan anymore, just a hole in the ceiling with decades of dust and filth showing and ready to fall on your head…The bath tub takes hours to drain. No smoke detector in a lot of rooms, which is totally against the law!!! And the last but not the least, the breakfast was supposed to be included according to Booking and to the sign hovering the front desk but there is no breakfast at all… Has not been served anymore for over a year according to the staff. It seems that you forgot to inform Booking and to remove the signs…Well, long story short, your "hotel" should be definitely closed.

Liked: LEAVING!!!
Disliked: NO SMOKE ALARM OR WORKING AIR CONDITIONER.. BLOOD STAINED SHEET..NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED ON BILLBOARD OUTSIDE THE BUILDING & ON ITS WEBSITE. PET FRIENDLY..BUT SMELLED...BUT there was coffee available....

Will not stay here again...

Liked: The out side was nice. The receptionist was nice and polite.
Disliked: This place is not clean!! Sheets and pillows used, hair on them, microwave dirty, ice bucket had dried food inside. Walls dirty. No breakfast available , the online site said there was. Bed was LUMPY!
