Disappointing...
Liked: Staff @ desk when we cked in was friendly, staff was super nice the 2nd day. The staff who cleaned rms etc very nice and always had a smile.
Disliked: 1st day lady in kitchen very friendly and pleasant and helpful but the rest of stay the other people were not friendly never smiled grumbled and served cold eggs, rock hard biscuts no milk as they could have ran to store to buy knowing they were out the day b4 finally day we left that's what they did. Extremely noisy even after 10 pm could hear teens/kids stumping up and down steps and even heard them cursing. We've stayed here for many yrs but will not be back.

Disliked: Bed bugs in the room, staff didn’t seem surprised when we told them. Endless empty promises about call backs for a refund had to chase multiple times a day to get answers and confirmation of a refund

Absolutely worst hotel I have...
Liked: Not one thing
Disliked: We found bed bugs in our room and their was blood on our sheets in the new room they moved us too. Absolutely disgusting.

Housekeeping excellent, facilities not so...
Liked: Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful, Bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was very good. AC worked well. Room was clean.
Disliked: Sink handle in room 119 wasn't attached to faucet hardware, it was workable but unacceptable. Should be fixed before room is rented again. Shower ceiling moldy with black mold in room 119. Room bathroom also dated with updates long over due, tiling, caucking, flooring. Continental breakfast barely passable as breakfast, coffee so weak not really passable as coffee.

Disliked: Refrigerator and microwave didn't work. Toilet ran constantly. Only shower worked, not bath. Water didn't drain in sink. Very limited breakfast available. Limited tv channels, no guide.

Stay at the Baymont
Liked: The staff was very friendly and nice. And the continental breakfast was good.
Disliked: The key door in the back letting people in would not shut automatically. The key lock going into our room was hard to use. There would be a bright flash of light ever so often at night in the room.

Very Nice
Liked: room was great..clean and the mattress was very nice and comfortable. location was fine.Breakfast was okay..very little choices. no toaster for bagels or no bread. no Danish or fruit.Just need to add a few items. We got coffee and juice..we headed out.Saw Ash Cave and ate at Millstone BBQ..very good. Second time eating there. Great adventure in Logan.
Disliked: mostly the breakfast..but all over was very nice trip. Headed to Lancaster for covered bridges tour in the fall.Thank the staff for their friendly service.
