Liked: In need of total renovation Bathroom door didn’t close Room was musty Breakfast basically non- existent: coffee and a few packaged muffins . No breads, cereals, juice -
Disliked: Nothing except location

Better than expected for the...

Liked: I was happily surprised to find a nice young man at the front desk ready to drive us to the airport at 4 AM as we had requested.
Disliked: The gentleman who booked us in was sitting on the couch in the lobby when I went in to check in. He didn’t get up for several minutes while I looked around and read the sign on the desk that said the desk clerk was driving the airport shuttle. He finally got up and went behind the desk when my husband came in.

Poor

Liked: The price. We were stranded in Albany when our flight was canceled and we had limited options.
Disliked: The condition of the facilities and the location. Carpeting in common areas was dirty and worn. Paint was peeling off the walls in our room's bathroom. The facility itself was a very short distance from a correctional facility, to our unease. We had stayed in a Baymont many years ago and this was nothing like that experience. The room stank of cigarette smoke but I may have missed that we chose a smoking room when choosing the room.

Disliked: Cigarette smell in the room. Fire evacuation plan on room door vandalized. Trash in the bin from the previous guest. Shower drain didn't work well.The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet. However, next time I'd rather go for a more pleasant alternative.

Liked: Proximity to airport. Well sized rooms.. (though they were musty)
Disliked: Musty odor in room, very limited breakfast.. bagels, cereal, coffee. Even that was badly stocked! No bread visible. Shrink wrapped bagels. Half a gallon of milk. Bad experience

I won't stay there again...

Liked: The parking lot was being re done. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. Carpets need to be CLEANED not just vacuumed.
Disliked: The ENTIRE parking lot was being re done. My driver had to drive across the grass at the back of the parking lot to get to the door. The walls i the room need to be cleaned. It needs to be dusted on a regular basis. I don't blame the staff. I blame management. Typically, MNGT gives too little time for the rooms to be cleaned properly. Less than 30 minutes per room is NOT enough time. Staff will cut corners to keep to an unrealistic schedule.
