Very disappointed.

Liked: The location was convenient for watching Sight snd Sound.
Disliked: We just learned from credit card that we were charged again for our stay even if we already paid it through Booking.com. I think the one working in the reception made this mistake. I do not know if we can still refund this.

Disliked: Bed was dirty, requested a crib but got a pack and play with no mattress, floors were dirty, daughter almost scalded herself because the hot is hooked to the cold and cold to the hot on the sink

Liked: We did not enjoy or like our stay! Your pictures are very deceiving including the size of the room ! Thd original booked room was small and smelled horrible . The bathroom was dirty with some cracks in the sink area and shower . When I requested to please cancel the reservation because of the smell and I began to wheeze , I was told they could not do that because of their policy . There was no consideration only option was to switch thr room . We ended up getting the suite which was larger with two bedrooms but the smell was just as bad and unclean! The seating area chairs were not clean and with an odor and the side tables had metal trimming which had bebeen broken and had sharp edeges . We had a hard time keeping our child from getting scratched . The worse part was when I went to the bathroom and turned on the light and there were roaches ! Even the hallway rug was dusty I cant believe this place is allowed to be open ! We had to go and buy blankets to through over the bed so that we could lay down and rest ftom our long trip ! This was horrible

Disliked: The bathroom light kept turning off so in the middle of my showers I had to open the sliding glass shower door and wave my hand so light would come back on....very annoying!!
