WHAT STAY ? READ ABOVE!

Disliked: After getting numerous e-mails advising my reservations were confirmed, they were looking forward to my stay etc...When I got off the exit there was an overwhelming stench like raw sewage. When I arrived, I found the entrance doors chained shut with a sign saying " Closed due to Hurricane damage" I looked up the number to the hotel and got put into an automated answering system, never said it was closed..never let me speak to a real person.... I had to scramble to find another hotel room a few exits north. ...I just got more E-mail asking how I liked my stay...then another advising I was being charged for the closed room...I AM NOT HAPPY!!!

Disliked: There was not a tub in the bathroom and the rooms were very small

Very unhappy with Booking.com allowing...

Liked: The property was CLOSED even though I had a reservation confirmation and had received an email prior to arriving to check in online including my credit card information and car registration. We were able to find the manager who confirmed hotel closed no reservation.
Disliked: Right after we left the manager, two emails popped up that our reservation was canceled. Received an email the following day showing what the payment was due. Checked my credit card account and luckily as of today nothing charged

Disliked: Cold water tap not working. No breakfast provided but advertised. Facility was under some distress due to recent hurricane.

Disliked: The stairs. The.room was upstairs and there is no elevator. Have leg and knee problems.
