Excellent hotel but lacks management...

Liked: The entire hotel was very clean, comfortable, tidy, easy to access and in an excellent location.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that the day I arrived, in the early morning, they told me that breakfast was served from 7 to 10 a.m., and when I left at 9:10 a.m., I was surprised that everything had been cleared away. I told the front desk about the problem, and instead of giving me a solution, they told me it was only served until 9 a.m. That was very easy for management, but they couldn't resolve it by bringing me some bread or drinks, and everything was fine.

Liked: I love the King sizes room wish it was one available when I come back for the price I just booked one but only had double beds available for the price this time last time I paid same price wish when I come on May 2nd I could get room for less price since I didn’t get all my deposit back
Disliked: It was hair in the bathroom tub didn’t wanna complain rooms was booked already no other rooms available

My family and I agreed...

Liked: Continental breakfast was served until 10am. We got there at 9:45am and no bagels were left. I ask the woman who was in charge of breakfast if she would be bringing out more bread or bagels and she brought out a tray of them. I appreciated that so much! So did many other guests! Thank you!
Disliked: I really have no comment here.
