Liked: Until the cleaning staff stole our clothes, it was okay.
Disliked: The cleaning staff took our laundry bag with all the clothes and when we asked then to return it, they told my wife to go dig in the dumpster to find it.

Liked: really nice toiletries-good shower-
Disliked: you need to add the EXIT # off I-75 - and add Callahan Road to the address please I won't get so lost next time Knoxville is however a very scenic city

Although short, we enjoyed our...

Liked: We really liked the beds. We slept like logs. We had just spent 15 hours on the road. We didn't even turn on the TV. The room was clean and fresh. Thanks so much

Passable

Liked: It was clean and the staff was friendly. We liked the convince of how close it was to get back on the interstate.
Disliked: The beds were extremely hard to sleep on because of how hard they where. unfortunately the pillows kept going flat so it made our necks and shoulders hurt all the next day. also the juice's at the breakfast bar were expired it tasted like they had gotten to hot and started to ferment.
