Disliked: The check in on the first night. I arrived at 2.am due to a delay in the runway. I contacted the reception and let them know. There was another person outside of the motel at the front lurking around. When I explained to the attendant that I was not feeling comfortable walking around past the guy with all my baggage. She rolled her eyes and continued to tell me to walk around the side. I said I did not feel safe to do so, she ended up walking me through the lobby but I feel she got annoyed with it. Needs more friendly customer service at that time of the night. Other than that the staff were great and the stay was great.

Liked: I liked that the hotel had easy access ( right off interstate). Also, the rooms were spacious.
Disliked: The guy at the front desk could have had a better attitude. He was not very friendly and very short. The vibe he was putting off was not very welcoming.

Liked: The property itself was fine. I was told through booking.com that I would have accessible room and it was not reserved for me. The first guy I talked to was gonna put me on the second floor, but when I got to the hotel, the lady at the desk help me find a more suitable arrangement on the first floor, so it all worked out in the end.
