The $69.00 rate was wonderful,...

Liked: The bedding was very comfortable. There were enough amenities for my needs-- shampoo, soap, coffee, cups. The refrigerator and microwave were a nice touch, but I didn't use them. The flooring looked very new. The chair at the desk/table was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I made waffles, ate one muffin and an orange, and drank coffee. The breakfast area was clean. I did not use the pool.
Disliked: The sofa in the room looked like it had been picked up at a garage sale. It appeared soiled, and I did not want to sit on it.The carpet on the stairs leading from the lobby to the breakfast room looked filthy. I realize that the hotel industry took quite a beating during the covid epidemic and is still trying to recover. I suggest that management take a look at replacing the carpet and sofa as soon as funds are available.

Liked: The pool area looked fun and inviting
Disliked: Cock roaches were everywhere. Turned the lights on in the room and the bugs just went crazy.

Liked: I did feel safe, bed was clean.
Disliked: There were roaches in both rooms that we rented. There is a very small breakfast selection. Definitely not diabetic friendly. There was nothing I could eat for breakfast. There was lots of grit in the shower.

Fair for the money

Liked: The room was large enough and bright enough with beds that were decent. The ac worked well.
Disliked: The toilet seat in 143 would move around. They had the bolt heads instead of wing nuts so I couldn't try to tighten it up. I didn't have wrenches with me. You could of weather stripped the exterior door because you can see some daylight. Friday night there were kids overhead running around till fairly late. Saturday night was peaceful

Disappointing

Disliked: Staff was very rude and dismissive, room was not as expected(reserved a double queen room, but was placed in a double full room), breakfast was not easily accessible for handicapped persons as it was upstairs.
