Liked: It was close to where we were going.
Disliked: An off shift employee parked in the middle of the entrance/check-in lane. Clerk didn't know how the computer system worked for check-in. Pool was closed, entire towel rack had fallen off the bathroom wall, and the phone did not work at all!

Liked: The staff were nice.
Disliked: They were in the middle of a major renovation. No pool. No exercise room. No I've machine. There was no advance notice to customers. Sanitation was lacking (mold behind the toilet).

Liked: The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile when they didn't need to. There were roll -away beds available that were actually very comfortable! The rolling luggage carrier was also helpful. The kitchenette in our room was bigger and nicer than expected. The price was excellent.
Disliked: There was a slight issue with spiders. Also, if you didn't get to breakfast at a good time the pickings were slim. Some of the lights in the room didn't work. Our biggest problem was that the sofa bed smelled so badly my kids wouldn't sleep on it (and their standards are low.)

Disliked: We picked this hotel for the pool but the pool was drained for maintenance.
