Unless you are desperate just...

Liked: I did not like anything except the lady at the front desk when we checked in... When we checked out there was a man who was very sketchy. We did not want to stay for the duration of our reservation and left the same day we checked in. I do not think he properly checked us out as I was still charged for a 3 night stay. When I called back the friendly lady became a bit agitated by my repeated calls and questions, so I dare say I did not like that either, but initially she was the best part of the stay.
Disliked: EVERYTHING. There was NO pool open per their emails I received prior to checking in. My 5 year old daughter was super excited to go swimming since the pools are supposed to all open Memorial day weekend, but they claimed they were waiting on the inspector so the pool would not be open during our stay. It was dirty sheets. My friend had her sheets changed multiple times and they were still stained and dingy looking. The bathroom was outdated as was the hotel room. There was no elevator and we were initially placed on the second floor, but once we realized we had to haul luggage and kids up 2 flights of stairs we were moved to the first floor. There was no working automatic door. My daughter was hurt trying to manually open their sliding automatic door. The pictures on their website are not an accurate portrayal of this property. Seriously, whoever took their photos I need to hire them to make me a model, or find out what type of filter they used for those photos. Overall, a very run down property that reflects badly on the Wyndam hotel chain.

Liked: The breakfast was great. Great location
Disliked: Had to wait a while to get checked in. Only 1 person at desk. Got our room and it reeked of smoke. Cigarettes. Ugg. Then there was no TV control. Then looking around was so old. The toilet was so low. For a little child. We are 80 and 90. ‼️. The hair dryer was from the 60’s. So dirty. The sheets were so threadbare pitiful. I started to ask for my money back but was so tired from driving all day. Why can’t you just clean the property and fix things if you are going to rent them!!!! I’m so embarrassed for y’all. And so mad.
