We stayed over for WMU graduation at Miller Auditorium. We had a very pleasant stay and the staff was exceptionally friendly and customer service oriented. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and everything ran very smoothly, the room was comfortable and we would definitely book at the Baymont again!

Liked: Everything. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff treated me with respect and kindness every day. I felt safe the entire time, which means more to me than I can express. The front desk team was professional and helpful, and I didn’t feel like just another booking—I felt like a guest.
Disliked: Honestly, nothing. This place exceeded my expectations and restored some trust in budget lodging.

While it shows its signs...

Liked: Room was clean and well stocked. Everything worked.
Disliked: Door frame by lick was beat up like someone forced their way in the room at some point. A little dis-concerning.

Not great, but since it...

Liked: The location was close to our destinations on this trip. The room was what we expected for what we paid for.
Disliked: Only one light fixture was working. The light on the desk had no bulb, the bedside lamp could not be plugged in because the plug was behind the bed and the boxspring would not allow the light to be plugged in. The only working lamp was a floor lamp between one of the beds and the wall. When we went down for breakfast, there was one scoop of scrambled eggs left, no batter for waffles. I don't know if there was supposed to be biscuits and gravy, but there wasn't any.
