Worst hotel ever

Liked: The only thing that was nice was the pool for kids to swim in.
Disliked: Staff and management were hateful. We had no ac in either of our rooms. We had staff come check on air and they said it was brand new and ac was fine. We had it on for 4 hours at 62 and we were sweating. Management offered us another room with the same issue but also was not connected to our kids room which is what we requested in the first place. The counter tops in both rooms were all sticky and nasty to the touch. And smelled like mold and mildew in both rooms. I requested a refund at that point and staff went to check with management, and never came back to let me know. I tried calling front desk and no one would answer. I also messaged here on booking with no answer. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I will be reporting to health department and higher management. I originally told staff I wouldn't cause an issue if we got our money back on both rooms but they didn't help us one bit including a refund since we did not feel safe to stay over night in rooms
