I thought the hotel was nice. Good location and clean. I made a reservation weeks in advance for 2 double beds - I had 4 people on this trip. Got my confirmation, all is good, checked in and when I went to the room it had 1 king bed! They did bring blow up mattresses and changed our room in the morning. I will stay again but will confirm my room type prior to arrival.
Liked: They were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Did not get the room I reserved.

I had booked a room with double beds. Upon arrival they gave me a single bed and an air mattress. I PAID for a double, not an air mattress. Once in the room, no towels were in the bathroom. Food was left in the microwave from a previous occupant (have pictures of this). Room was obviously not thoroughly cleaned. Was told at front desk at check in that my booking was sent for a "single bed" which I have picture proof that I paid for a double bed. Upon check out was told that we had "double beds" which leads me to believe I was lied to. I will be calling the manager and complaining.
Liked: Good breakfast.
Disliked: Sleep on an air mattress; food left in microwave; no towels at all in room.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! DONT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST LOCAL...

Disliked: The fact that i didn't get the king room that i booked and was told they don't take locals and they'll make and exception. Discrimination against Jacksonville residents. How do you have a business in Jacksonville but you don't accept locals as your guest's. Yes they gave me 25$ off the price of the room ( that i didn't reserve) because they screwed up and didn't have the room i reserved but I had to recommend that they do something for there mistake. The manager didn't take it upon herself to do it. I had to say to her how are you going to make this right and fix your mistake.

Disliked: The water smells in both suites and the cable kept going down.

Liked: Front staff was friendly.
Disliked: Room smelled moldy and didn’t look clean. Pillows were I horrible. Chair in room looked like it came from a dumpster.
