Nicest hotel I've stayed in and the staff were very friendly and made our stay a pleasure. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

I thought the hotel was nice. Good location and clean. I made a reservation weeks in advance for 2 double beds - I had 4 people on this trip. Got my confirmation, all is good, checked in and when I went to the room it had 1 king bed! They did bring blow up mattresses and changed our room in the morning. I will stay again but will confirm my room type prior to arrival.

I had booked a room with double beds. Upon arrival they gave me a single bed and an air mattress. I PAID for a double, not an air mattress. Once in the room, no towels were in the bathroom. Food was left in the microwave from a previous occupant (have pictures of this). Room was obviously not thoroughly cleaned. Was told at front desk at check in that my booking was sent for a "single bed" which I have picture proof that I paid for a double bed. Upon check out was told that we had "double beds" which leads me to believe I was lied to. I will be calling the manager and complaining.

Liked: Good breakfast.
Disliked: Sleep on an air mattress; food left in microwave; no towels at all in room.

Un-matched Professionalism

Liked: The lady on shift that checked us in on Friday June 27th @ 11pm was exceptionally well prepared. We had 13 rooms with our group and she didn't bat an eye. She had our room keys ready when we got there and got us finished up without a hiccup. The manager on shift during the day on Saturday and Sunday was so professional and family oriented that she called us by name when we walked in or out through the lobby. She called us any time there was something that seemed a little off (just in case). You dont see many like her.
Disliked: The rooms were a little dated but with the professionalism shown by the staff members, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Comfortable room and convenient location

Liked: It provided a comfortable and convenient place for us to stay while we visited friends and family.
Disliked: The bathroom door in our room (109) was difficult to open and close as it drug across the floor.

I enjoyed my stay!

Liked: I really liked how safe I felt and how close it was close to restaurants and public transportation. All the staff were polite, courteous, and welcoming.In my opinion, it was good value for money.
Disliked: Although I had some small issues with the room. The staff were always there to help and accommodate me. They were always quick to resolve any issues that I had.

Disliked: No coffee maker in the room. No snack machine. Very noisy air conditioner, like a plane taking off. Old TV, shows lousy.

Superb

Liked: Clean room, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We unfortunately had to leave early because the baby got sick, the staff was awesome, and very understanding. They refunded our money for the second night we already paid for. Front desk clerk was more concerned for our child than money!
Disliked: A slight smell in the room.
