Disappointing

Liked: The location was very convenient to Interstate 295. The value was good, especially for a holiday week stay. The breakfast was sufficient for the price of the stay.
Disliked: There were no double bed suites downstairs, so I had to carry our handicapped son up and down the stairs multiple times every day. It wasn't the safest way to do it, but we had to do it. The trash bins all around the facility seemed to be full and sometimes overflowing during the whole visit. Both sinks in our room got clogged by broken sink stoppers. Housekeeping only came once during the 4 nights and 3 days we stayed and when they did, they made one bed (out of 3) and brought new towels, but that was it. I tried to make coffee in our room and the coffee maker was very grungy-looking and when I opened the lid where you add water, a bug crawled out of the water hole.

Liked: I loved the management / front desk personnel. she was very accommodating and very very personable and she was very sweet! As was the housekeeper, She was amazing at her job! I would gladly stay here again and definitely will be telling friends and family what a great stay it was and I will definitely be recommending Baymont to all friends and family in the future! Thank you so very much!
Disliked: it wasn't in the best area of town but it was the best hotel and it was actually quite quiet for it being where it's at!
