Stay was great loved it

Liked: The pool was great everything we was looking for hot tub everything
Disliked: Access to the pool and hot tub

The hotel’s reservations are unreliable.

Disliked: The hotel cancelled the reservation Witt an explanation. I have not received a refund of the reservation billed to my credit card.

Very poor

Disliked: Could hear guests on the floor above us moving around most of the night

Overall, a few things needed...

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. You could have changed it up a bit, we were there 3 days and by the 3rd day I'd of rather had something else. But you can't beat it included in your stay.
Disliked: Different things on Different days.

Smell of smoke

Liked: Friendly staff, easy parking,laundry services available.
Disliked: The building smelt like smoke badly. The location was not near anywhere for tourists, view of main busy road from the room window. Very old, dated, dark room. Didn't feel safe.
