We slept well. Were only...
Disliked: Room wasn't as clean as we like. In particular the floor and shower area. Hair on tub, etc. Breakfast bar rather skimpy.

Second class all the way!
Liked: The bed was comfortable. The room smelled clean and the cleaning staff did a nice job. Despite being fairly full for race weekend, the room was quiet.
Disliked: The carpet was damp to the touch in the entire room. No idea why. The office chair was broken, The foot stool was heavily damaged. The Chair was damp to the touch. All of the furniture had seen better days. The fridge made a horrible noise constantly. I had to unplug it at night to sleep. There was a coffee machine but no cups. Only 2 towels were in the bathroom. Tub was sort of gross looking (old and damaged). The staff didn't know where the ice machine was. I found it though.

Disliked: We booked for only one night, and paid cash but were charged 3 x?s on my debit card for our stay. They were only supposed to ?hold? $150 for incidentals.....but instead charged $409. It took 3 days before this error was fixed!

Needs updating and softer beds....
Disliked: The man at check in wasn?t very efficient. I had 2 keys and was told it was a certain number room. Used one key to put my things in the room. Left for dinner and the key wouldn?t work. Took key back and was told I was in the wrong room. Another couple had been given the same room and saw my stuff there and went back for a new room.

Do not like the practices...
Liked: close to locations we visited.
Disliked: I ordered the room online. Requested an extra roll away bed, never got it, ordered in well in advanced to have someone tell me we couldn't be accommodated. Had a young man staying with us and my teen age daughter. so couldn't allow them to sleep together. Caused me to have to go out and get an air mattress at a store. Very disappointed especially since the website allowed for guest to have a roll away bed..... very very upset, especially since the week before we were given an extra bed at another Baymont Hotel... Just lost a customer for future traveling.... Also pay cash when staying at hotels. They were rude about their cash only policy asking for an additional 150 dollars ?. they went ahead and charged my room to the credit cards, which caused me problems cause I had them close to the limit on the credit card.... They never gave me the opportunity to even pay the 150 dollars.....

Disliked: Property was in terrible condition . The premises were very dirty.The clerk was rude. There was garbage in the hall

Good value but could use...
Liked: Good value for the price, especially during the weekend we stayed when a lot of the area was booked up. Staff was friendly when interacted with. My husband enjoyed the hot breakfast if biscuits and gravy!
Disliked: The check-in process took a lot longer than expected because they couldn't find my reservation even after sharing a confirmation number. Eventually they got it to work so it was probably just a computer issue but it was very nerve-racking as we needed a place to stay! The hotel was clean but definitely older and showed signs of wear.
