Disliked: Staff was unorganized and not friendly. 1st room we check into didn?t have a working bathroom. 2nd roomWas very hot even with AC going. We had the room for two nights for an event in Indianapolis while at the event I missed a call from the front desk asking why we had not check out yet, even thought my card was already run and charged for two nights. (This was the 1st night in the room) Tried to talk to front dest about the issue. She couldn?t even find meIn their system, not even as a guest who checked out .Was told it was ok go back to the room and they would work it out with the manager. Showered went to bed, and 2:30am someone tried to get into our room with keys that were issued to themWhen they checked in, thank god we had the chain on the door or they would have busted in to the room. Turns out the hotel had no record of us still being there even though I talked to the lady at the front desk hours before. No sleep for the rest of the night after that. I will never return to this location again.

Disliked: Pool was suppose to be heated and was very cold

Liked: The front desk ladies were professional, helpful and courteous.
Disliked: The room had a musty smell; there was no sheer curtain so that you could keep the drapes opened for more light. The breakfast eggs were clumpy and the area a bit messy due to people's eating habits. No fresh, cut fruit nor hard boiled eggs.
