Baymont by Wyndham Houston TX

I loved the overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites. The room was very clean and the A/C was working great. It was exactly 15 minutes from the venue I was attending. Will stay there again. Price was very reasonable.

Liked: It was close to the mall and close to the event I was attending.
Disliked: There was no negative.

Disliked: The room I chose was not what was advertised room advertised said king suite with 3 king beds, a tea and coffee maker, mini bar, spa tub. There was one bed and one fold out couch bed, no tea or coffee maker, no mini bar, no spa tub. The room was filthy, roaches running up the walls in bathroom and behind tv, my card was charged 242$ and another 100$ for deposit before I was told they had no rooms available on 1st floor and their elevator was not working so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs to a filthy room that was nothing that it was advertised to be there was a used syringe thrown down on sidewalk in front of entrance. I originally booked a room for 3 nights I only stayed 1 was told my deposit and 2 nights would be refunded to mý account I have yet to receive any of it back I can't seem to get the manager or supervisor to awnser my call nor return my call!!! I had to rent a room at another hotel for 2 nights, a 10x nicer hotel with a pool in a much better area for less than I paid at this one!!! Very very unsatisfied

Disliked: I didn’t like that I couldn’t talk with their manager about the complications I’ve had and wanted to get compensated in some way for it

Disliked: Very unclean with cockroaches running in reception area and splattered outside and in doorways. Pointed out the reception manager on duty advised he can’t help that they come running in Located on motorway although close enough to main areas impossible to walk anywhere

Liked: Extremely attendant staff, reasonable rates,very clean rooms and facilities,loving the beds... so comfortable.

Really Disappointed

Liked: Nothing really horrible service
Disliked: Beds dirty prior to someone's stay before me and I was never given clean towels
