Exceptional
Disliked: You had to ask for your room to be clean and change your sheets. If you stay 3 days your more your sheets need be changed. Beside that I felt safe. Thank you đ

Liked: It look nice in line
Disliked: The lies. About the shuttle to and from the airport not helping or tryin to find solutions for the shuttle. Could not get anyone to help clean the tube just not good at all

Liked: I like everything but the fact that I had to buy 4 extra towels for 8$ each And they tried to take them back after I paid for them!!

Disliked: Room floor was torn dirty and sticky and next door neighbors had string marijuana smell coming from their room

Disliked: You get what you pay for.. it worked out fine up until the end. The second night a room was bumping music all night. I was awaken around 6am, waited until about 7 to call the front desk. They initially asked me for room (I had no idea), I then asked them walk around and find out as I was trying to sleep. Music never stopped. I called again around 8am, the front desk said she gave them a âwarning.â I asked her okay could you speak to them again she said âcheck out time is at 11am.âOverall the hotel was clean, some of the card readers into the building did not work but overall the hotel itself was fine. Staff needs to be reevaluated on customer service.
