Was a nice trip. Thank...

Liked: Very clean. Rooms were nice. I like that there was no nasty carpet.
Disliked: Could have used more towels in bathroom. Needs extra blanket in case occupants get cold. Needed cups in room to drink from, not just coffee cups.

Will not stay at another...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Room wasn’t comfortable. Refrigerator did not cool, freezer didn’t cool. Temperature adjustment was broken.

Bad

Liked: Nothing, the room was dirty, the beds had hair and what looked like bodily fluids on pillow cases and on sheets once turned back , left over food in drawer, front of drawers were missing on dresser and traces of who knows what on top of dresser, upon calling and going down to front desk and informing front desk associate and asking about the policy displayed in office, if not pleased with facility or occupancy of room your stay would be free, the clerk explained I would have to discuss that with owner in the morning when he was available, I said fine but I expect a refund of some sort and I would change the sheets an speak with owner in the a.m. I then went back to room to change bed sheets and retire for night, but a few minutes later I received a call to my room from owner telling me I would not receive any type of refund or compensation for the way the room appeared and the only way I would get refund of any kind was to pack my things and leave. I said that was not acceptable and he then told me to leave or he would call police ,I then responded that he could call the police I had done nothing wrong, except request a clean room for my stay he then sent front desk clerk to my door and had him request that I leave an give him key. I then said I will leave after I receive my refund and I was told he couldn't give me refund without owner permission. So I said then you need to contact him again and let him know of my request for my refund, during that conversation between clerk and owner he again said no to my refund, so I in turn contacted the police who came out spoke with everyone and at that time the owner was given direction from officer that he should comply and refund my account. And at that time my stay ended. I would never use this facility ever again, nor do I recommend it to others.

The house keeping staff do...

Liked: There were stink bugs everywhere (the walls, windows, ceiling, lamp shade) My husband immediately started removing before I thought to take pictures. The bathroom had short straight hairs all in and on the tub, underside of the toilet and around the sink. (We all have curly hair) There was dust and dirt on the back of the wall and edges of the shower. There was no trash bag in the trash can, no toiletries except a bottle of conditioner and a used bar of soap beside the sink. We had no towels, wash clothes or bath mat in the room either. Then when we called the front desk they literally had none available.
Disliked: The fact that the room was dirty, there were bugs and I had to go get cleaning supplies to clean my room before I could even get comfortable.
