Good place for the money.

Liked: Staff were very pleasant; bathrooms were clean.
Disliked: The sheets were stained and the room smelled stuffy.

This was a good value...

Liked: The location was easily accessible from Interstate 90. The room was clean and had a modern updated decor. No frills but the bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well and the bathroom was nice.
Disliked: It took the hot water a long time to come through the shower but it did get hot. I didn't stay for breakfast but I tried the coffee out of the machine and it was terrible, like vending machine coffee.

Liked: I really enjoyed myself and the staff was amazing. Every employee i delt with had outstanding customer service.
Disliked: Had to wait for towels there weren't any clean

Liked: Nothing. The AC in my room did not work and it was a 90 degree night out.
Disliked: Everything. I didn’t like everything. It was awful.

Comfortable but disappointing.

Liked: Liked the room. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I really thought the room was very nice until I discovered the ants. Called to see if they could do something regarding the problem and was told no, they would have to call exterminator. Could move me to second floor but no elevator. Since I was there to prepare for knee replacement surgery this wouldn't work for me. Other problems called to ask for more tissues and was told they didn't have any. Called for help with TV remote person couldn't help me when she came down.

Liked: The location was quiet; personnel were nice and courteous.
Disliked: The first room was extremely dirty; the room looked like someone had just checked out. The sheets had some sort of liquid dirt and the smell was horrendous. I went downstairs and spoke to the front desk lady and she apologized and gave me a new room downstairs. The new room was clean but it was not what I paid for. I paid for a suite with a living room; I ended up with a regular two-bed; and I was not offered any discount for a room downgrade. Staff were professional and handled everything with grace even though their manager were not present at the time. Breakfast was good.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and did their best to make us comfortable.
Disliked: The room was dirty, walls and all, and so were the new sheets and linens we requested as the ones we saw on the bed were all stained. They did offer us another room, but we weren't confident it'd be any better.
