Relaxing
Liked: The breakfast was amazing. Staff was kind and hotel was clean.
Disliked: Traveling with a toddler can be noisy at times. Someone from the front desk came to my room about a noise complaint. I didn't understand my toddler was just walking. The hotel should get harder floors.

It was great stay for...
Liked: I genuinely love the front staff, housekeeping, and the breakfast services. It was nice among all the hotels in the area, we were the only ones that had an outdoor pool. Nice touch!
Disliked: I did not have an interaction with AJ, which I later informed the hotel manager of. At the same time, the other front desk was beneficial and just lovely. The manager, AJ, was extremely rude and short-tempered at check-in time. If I didn't need a hotel for the family reunion the next day, I wouldn't have stayed there.

Good place to stay
Liked: Breakfast was okay
Disliked: The location of our room was near the entrance on the side of hotel and there was a lot of people exiting and entering from that door to and from the pool area and the door was very loud closing almost slamming all hours of the night, it was very annoying and the other quests were very loud as well at all hours of the night.
