Liked: The room was comfortable the jetted tub was great the staff was friendly the coffee was good I would stay again but I'd wanna see my room before I stayed
Disliked: The mold around the shower, the mirrors around the tub was not clean, the bed spread smelled like spoiled milk and the pool was not even open

Bad

Disliked: The room was not aa clean as it should have been the carpet was wet. We couldn't take our shoes off till we went to bed. That was the worst room I have ever been in

Worst experience of my life

Disliked: First upon arrival, pool is in disrepair and drained with bricks in the bottom, found dog feces in my room, blood on my sheets, semen on the head board, my bed sitting on a 2x4 piece of wood only, holes in the bathroom around shower and mold mildew, and blood stains in toilet bottom! What the actual.... how would anyone want or accept this type of stay?

Not worth the cost

Liked: The staff was excellent and location was great.
Disliked: It needs a lot of work. Our room door would not lock. Staff fixed it quickly. We stayed in a “suite “ had styrofoam cups, broken coffee maker and only decaffeinated coffee.

Not pleased with cleanliness at...

Liked: Have stayed here for several years, suddenly maintenance neglected, cleaning neglected, updating neglected, yet charging same or more as new hotels around, last time we stay there.
Disliked: Room was nasty and smelled like mold. Visible mold in bathroom, broken floor tiles that were loose, food crumbs in drawers, multiple fridges setting in room
