Liked: I've stayed plenty times and never once had a problem. Quiet, clean, family oriented, pool is always clean. The staff is like my family.
Disliked: I have no complaints

Liked: The bed was okay
Disliked: Cleanliness was non existent, hot tub was disgusting and we couldn’t use it because of all the dirt and dust caked on the hot tub. Holes in the ceiling, grimey, stained sheets and couch

Disliked: First room offered to me stank of urine; Towels smelled bad; no hot water; never anyone on reception; front doors are not locked so it didn’t feel very safe or secure; all utensils and plates at breakfast were plastic (bad for environment); no tea bags or milk or butter for toast; card key for room never worked so had to keep returning to reception.
