Liked: Location was fine, I didn't have breakfast. Enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: I did not like being charged on my credit card, $100 for incidentals, which there are none available and charge was removed after check out. This was inappropriate and I do not recall being notified at time of booking. There was a loud angry guest that I reported. I believe staff went to check it out, but the guy didn't shut up (3:30 am), he should have been asked to leave

To many issues need fixing.

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: -The elevator !! Having a sign that only four people should be on the elevator or two people and the luggage cart !! To me is a safety issue and should have been addressed immediately. You can tell it has been this way for some time due to the ware on the paper that says this. -When I got to your property, the chlorine from the pool was so strong, my eyes began to tear and I got a headache. I understand the pool needs maintenance, why not do it in the middle of the night when there are less guests in the lobby. In the elevator, the buttons didn’t all work as they should, and the carpet in the elevator was disgusting. -When I checked in, I asked how many towels were in the room ? I was informed three. I asked to get one more and was told I couldn’t, they only give three. -The shower, there is NO place to put your soap or shampoo while in there and there is also no non slip on the floor. With having a bad knee, it was not good. -Since when are you not Allowed to take your breakfast to your room ? When I travel, I have always taken my breakfast to my room. I set an alarm to get up and get my breakfast, take it to my room, and go back to bed. When I actually get up, I heat and eat my breakfast. I didn’t know someone else is to tell me what I am going to do on my trip. -After writing this, I actually wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

Disliked: I think everything was OK.

Liked: The room was clean & spacious.
Disliked: The bathroom door seemed like it was installed backwards. It opened into the main room instead of toward the room entry door & the light switch was on the wall by the bed outside of the bathroom Behind the bathroom door. Very inconvenient & annoying. Also the shower door wouldn't stay shut so I got water everywhere. Other than that the room was quite nice. Much bigger than I expected & clean.
