Liked: Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Management yelled at us about are ESA dogs. Traveling due to family emergency and was yelled at by staff. Staff should never call patrons and start yelling and screaming at them as they never know what patrons are going through. You can call and speak to them politely and calmly.

Liked: I loooove the comfortable bed wanted to take it home slept like a baby
Disliked: I didn't like the smell of the room it was like the carpet was wet or something idk

Disliked: Old. I had to hip-check my door many times just to get in. The microwave worked but wouldn’t go off so I opened the door (and I tried several times) so I ended up with the microwave light in my face all night. This isn’t the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The first time was a much better experience
