Disliked: My room Smelled like mold was breath taking. There was a roach in my shower when I went to take a shower. The carpet was damp. Damp rid and a humidifier was in my room.

Disliked: Furnishings in room were stained and dirty. Entire room needed a refresh of paint to cover the dirt on doors and wood trim. Carpet was dirty. AC wasn't good

Disliked: Driveway to the building was not very well marked. Hard to see at night.

Short and disappointing

Liked: One of the many few things I appreciated about the property was how it was close to a lot of things to do when we wanted to go out. However we did not have the chance to do many of these things since we canceled halfway through the stay due to the poor quality of the room we were given.
Disliked: Our room was absolutely ruined with the smell of cigarettes. We had a no smoking room but apparently the tenants before us didn’t seem to get the memo. My wife and I could barely spend over 10 minutes in the room without getting a headache from the overbearing smell. And when we went to the front to possibly remedy our situation, we were not given much to choose from. Apparently everything was booked and we were not able to change rooms (which I understand). So we made the decision to get another hotel because we couldn’t stand it. I requested free cancellation through booking and I explained to the front desk worker that they would be contacted, the worker kept saying that we would be charged for a full night since we used the room. I sincerely hope that we can get a full refund since we didn’t stay a single night at this place because it is just ridiculous.

Motel from hell! Stay away...

Liked: The location was great. The room & property not so much. The front desk clerk was friendly and tried to resolve our concerns the best she could.
Disliked: The room had the following issues:1. Dirty & smelly (it was supposed to be a non-smoking room but there was definitely the smell of cigarette smoke)2. TV didn’t work.3. Shower never got warm.4. Ceiling in the bathroom was badly cracked.5. Guests above us were loud and kept us up much of the night.6. We made the front desk clerk aware and asked if we could get a refund, but her manager said no since we had been there an hour.

Disliked: Didn’t get the handicap room that was booked on booking.com with walk in shower so no shower while there and no effort made to get us into that room. Lamp needs replace.
