The staff and the room...

Liked: Matt was very pleasant and helpful during my check-in. The room that was suggested was perfect.
Disliked: The hot and cold water in the shower was reversed. The trash outside was overflowing and over the parking lot. It was quite a deterrent from me wanting to come back. I was not expecting to stairs outside to walk to my room.

Should have stayed somewhere else.

Liked: Location to town/highway.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was horrible. I woke up at 3:00 to an insect crawling across my bed. Terrible experience.

Disliked: Front lobby was filthy, and know one was front desk. Waited for 15 minutes and left for an other hotel.

Liked: I liked that even with it being a budget friendly hotel it was clean ! Keep up the good work honestly! The WiFi needs a better connection other than that great !

Liked: The toliet was nasty, there was a stain in the ceiling that looked like blood, sheets had stains, and there was a roach crawling on the floor
