Disappointed

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: No sheets on one bed. Not made. Trash from previous guests still there. Shower valve corroded. Barely could get any water out of shower head.

Disappointing

Won’t being staying at one...

Liked: We didn’t like it.
Disliked: We started out in the first room we were given, however a family member who was with us felt a bug crawling on them. NOT OKAY!!We asked to be moved to a different room which we were and the heater/air conditioning didn’t work. Baymont Hotels need to step it up a lot. They used to be nice hotels.

We had a good stay...

Liked: Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was relaxing.
Disliked: The bed was so worn that it made noise with any movement and wasn’t very comfortable.

Good value for the money.

Liked: The room was nice, facilities very good, and the staff was very pleasant. After a long day on the road, it was a nice, comfortable respite.
Disliked: The main disappointment was the breakfast. Too many hotels -- as was the case here -- think a good breakfast is every carb they can drum up. Bread, waffles, cereal, etc. I much prefer some protein -- eggs, sausage, and so on. Other hotels can do this, and so should Baymont. Also, there was more noise penetrating the room than I would like. I kept the a/c fan running all night to try to cover it.
