Baymont by Wyndham Great Falls City Center

We had ants in our room. When we told employees they didn’t offer to do anything. We ended up asking for a broom and raid to take care of it ourselves. I would have spent more money for a better place if I had known that but not being familiar with the area I went with closest place to venue.

Liked: Most workers were nice.
Disliked: Toilet clogged and we had ants in our room.

Great experience

Liked: Breakfast was expertly served. Waitress was so kind. Arrival cookies.. yum

Not recommended

Liked: The front end clerk was responsive to us and our request and breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Everything in the room was dirty. I had to clean the surfaces of each countertop and the desk chair had a coffee spill prior to our arrival. The windows and the floor were filthy. The toilet was stained, the blow dryer did not work, and the remote control batteries were dead. The area itself is depressed and questionable as for a safety.

Beware if you live in...

Liked: I booked a room on the BOOKING APP.I live 3 blocks from this hotel and discovered that in packing I had forgotten my condo keys. It is a commercial building closed and locked at 5 pm...and I was to arrive after 10 pm. I booked the room and got an Uber to drop me there. When I showed my ID, the reception person pointed at a sign on wall: local residents cannot get a room. I explained my situation, but no go. So...I was tailed by downtown night people, found a bench and booked another nearby hotel that did take me. Shame on this hotel and Booking for not warning about this on the eady to book app. Maximum suckage.... And potentially dangerous given their downtown location.

Liked: The Staff were friendly and informative.

Liked: Friendly staff. Beds were nice.
Disliked: Smelled alittle funny at the top of 3rd floor stepping off the elevator. Possibly someone got sick and throw up and it didn't smell good. But the room was good.
