Liked: Everything was average.
Disliked: TV was small and the remote hardly worked but we did not watch much TV. Keycards had to be reprogrammed twice.

Too expensive for just a room. Ice machines didn't work; the vending machines for beverages were empty and according to staff had been for two weeks. Only had half of the breakfast items available.
Disliked: Vending machines empty; ice machines didn't work; breakfast was only half available. For the price of this hotel I was very disappointed and will not stay again!

Liked: Room was clean. Sean at the front desk was wonderful!
Disliked: Wireless did not work in the room. When we turned on the heat, it smelled like burning hair, and dead things. Maybe the filter needed to be changed. It was early fall.

I would recommend this hotel....
Liked: For the money we had a very good stay. The we?re renovating which to me means they care about the place. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than other hotels we stayed at before

Liked: Worst stay ever at a Baymont property. Nothing good to say.
Disliked: Under renovation. Clerk told me the elevator was not working and my room was on third floor. Then asked if I still wanted to stay. I said yeah I can walk up some stairs. Big mistake. The whole 2nd and 3rd floor was tore apart. Trash everywhere, smelled terrible, room was dirty, wallpaper hanging off walls, and workers in hallway working early in morning making noise. Worst experience in hotel ever. Booked this hotel because it was a Baymont. Understand making renovations but should shut down hotel or floors being renovated until they are done.

Liked: The staff was amazing. Everyone was so polite and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious with many hot options. The pool was clean and my kids loved it.
Disliked: We stayed during a remodel- which isn?t their fault, but it did create some mess and it wasn?t completed so obviously it made it not ?pretty? The other bummer was the broken elevator and a stay on the 3rd floor. I understand it is beyond their control, but I would have wanted to know prior to booking.

Well valued and friendly!
Liked: The hotel was under renovation, which honestly did not cause any issue. Just wanted to note a new look is on the way. The finished surfaces so far looked nice! Everyone was extremely helpful, cordial and friendly!
Disliked: The breakfast was sparse the two days we went down - they were out of a few items. The third day the breakfast looked well stocked when I went for coffee. Coffee was good! Pool and hot tub were clean and operating properly. We found it difficult to control the temp in the room - it was either freezing or working toward humid when we switched to just fan. and I think the mattress could have been a bit firmer for my liking.

Overall, A good stay
Liked: Our room (King Suite) was awesome. Very spacious and the AC felt amazing on the hellishly hot day we stayed there. The pool and hot tub were also great!
Disliked: The elevator was out of order.The ice machine on our floor was out of order.The building is undergoing some updating or repair (I'm not sure which) and it looks terrible, but will look nice when it's complete.

Liked: The hotel was under remodeling. They did keep that to during the day and the mess was cleaned up everyday. The elevator did not work and we were informed it wouldn't be for 3 months. We didn't mind taking the stairs but other people with a lot of luggage had a struggle.
