Liked: Everything was average.
Disliked: TV was small and the remote hardly worked but we did not watch much TV. Keycards had to be reprogrammed twice.

Liked: Clean room; courteous staff; easy to get to venue via Uber.

Too expensive for just a room. Ice machines didn't work; the vending machines for beverages were empty and according to staff had been for two weeks. Only had half of the breakfast items available.
Disliked: Vending machines empty; ice machines didn't work; breakfast was only half available. For the price of this hotel I was very disappointed and will not stay again!

Liked: Room was clean. Sean at the front desk was wonderful!
Disliked: Wireless did not work in the room. When we turned on the heat, it smelled like burning hair, and dead things. Maybe the filter needed to be changed. It was early fall.

Terrible Literally stole from us
Liked: Not much
Disliked: Terrible experience I booked through booking.com which I will never use again also and when we arrived later in the evening, we paid cash and the attendant told us there was a $25 cash deposit required for incidentals. We did think it odd that they asked for it but it was late and when we went to the room in the morning, we checked out asked for $25 back. They said they did not take cash even though they had a cash drawer and they would not give us the $25 back they said corporate would send it. It’s a month later and obviously we did not get any money back from corporate. The area is sketchy. There is a gazebo that homeless people live in straight across the parking lot too much activity that didn’t look suitable for any family to be around. The staff was rude and not capable of managing or communicating

Liked: Location and Cost
Disliked: Dear management ;Instead of sending a blanket email saying oh you’re sorry for the mistakes of your establishment , “ but a refund isn’t possible “ perhaps you should schedule a call with me first. Deserve a refund after the atrocity of how we were treated . I’ve been in hospitality over 20 yrs and to say a refund isn’t possible is simple greed and lack of respect for your customers as all you provided us was a bed , not the full scope of amenities and satisfaction you guarantee . My next steps are simple , corporate , yelp , Google reviews , local social media pages and local media . I’m sure they would love to hear how minutes after making our reservation through a third party you staff calls me demanding a CC number OVER THE PHONE on an unsecured line or my room will be given away , or how after racing over there because I wouldn’t give my card over the phone we go to our room to find if unlocked with house keeping still inside , or how specific allergen questions were asked about our breakfast only to be lied to for two days … how about when we went to the pool and theirs were zero towels , so I used the service phone to call the front desk for towels and the response I got was getting yelled at “ what the hell are you doing in the pool it closed at 6 ! Get out ! I tried to explain we knew it was closed but needed towels and she literally told us , just walk to your room without them you will be fine ! I said no we wanted towels … we stood there 20 min and she never came …. How abut no service to our room or fresh towels the next day , how about an elevator that isn’t in complete complete function , or the fact that you were so understaffed nothing was getting served at breakfast because your front desk was also covering breakfast .. or that you had stairs in your hallway falling apart ‘ , or that none of your staff could agree on policies … they couldn’t even figure out how to charge a soft drink to my room ….oh and by the way $6 for a 12 oz Red Bull ?
