Liked: Everything was average.
Disliked: TV was small and the remote hardly worked but we did not watch much TV. Keycards had to be reprogrammed twice.

Too expensive for just a room. Ice machines didn't work; the vending machines for beverages were empty and according to staff had been for two weeks. Only had half of the breakfast items available.
Disliked: Vending machines empty; ice machines didn't work; breakfast was only half available. For the price of this hotel I was very disappointed and will not stay again!

Liked: Room was clean. Sean at the front desk was wonderful!
Disliked: Wireless did not work in the room. When we turned on the heat, it smelled like burning hair, and dead things. Maybe the filter needed to be changed. It was early fall.

Disliked: Costs same but limited access to facilities like pool, etc..Understand impact of COVID-19 but we were really only paying for use of room.

Liked: The cable tv and location.
Disliked: Well I booked and paid for a King Bed and room.I was given a handicap room with a small bed which is 10.00 cheaper by the way.They thought i was lying.Whe she noticed they had made a mistake they offered to move me into a king room.It was too late for that.I am very disappointed and will never return there.

In lieu of holiday travel,...
Liked: Due to COVID restrictions, breakfast service was only grab-n-go. What was available was more than passable, though.
Disliked: Shower curtain and support bar need to be replaced. Curtain looked discolored and possibly molded. The grout on the floor at the tub needs to be bleached. There were cobwebs under the toilet.

Liked: Very clean sheets, bleached for sure
Disliked: Menu stated blueberry & banana nut muffins, they didn't have any blueberry at 545am nor were they muffins. They were bite sized cupcakes. Also the orange juices were like a pre-schoolers size

They hired the worst people.
Liked: I liked the size of the room and the quiet floor we were on.
Disliked: The staff we?re rude on 2nd shift. I asked about places to eat and things to do and got the answer from the black girl, ?I wouldn?t know because I am always here.? There were no towels or wash cloths at all. I went down to grab some from the front desk and was not acknowledged at first despite being the only person at the desk. I then asked for a set number towels and wash cloths and was told, ?They are in the laundry and we will let you know when they are done.? I then returned to the front desk a few hours later and was not acknowledged right away again and again I was the only person there. The white guy said, ?Towels??, in a short and bothered demeanor, then the black girl got up and retrieved them. Upon arrival, the room had food crumbs on the floor, the garbage has a used tissue, the tub a bar of used soap on top, and the bed sheet had a spot of blood. Upon getting ready to leave, the housekeeper knocked on the door at 8:45am and informed us the room was listed as vacant. The people at the front desk need to take pride in their job as there are so many out of work or just move on. Housekeeping needs to ensure the rooms are clean. Management needs to ensure that these simple things are done. It?s really not that hard to be kind, thoughtful and accommodating.
